WHY DO I ALWAYS GET STUCK BEHIND THE SLOWEST DRIVERS IN THE WORLD, WHY WHY WHY?!?!?!?!

It's not like I'm ever in a hurry. It's just so ANNOYING being stuck behind slooooooow drivers all the damn time. Washington, you're killin' me.
